ENTRY RULES
1. Exhibits received Friday, September 17 from 4 p.m. till 6 p.m.
2. Judging will begin at 8 a.m. Saturday, September 18.
3. Entries must stay on exhibit till 4 p.m. and be removed by 4:30 p.m.
4. All entries must be suitable for display.
5. All displays must be of the year of 2010.
6. Prizes will be: red, blue and white ribbons
